TCHSOON CTS4 is designed to transport the products with weight from 0 – 200 Kg. In order to use the conveyor system economically we suggest using CTS4 to transport products with 80 – 200 Kg weight range. The pallets are conveyed by friction on two constantly moving belts, flat top chains or accumulation roller chains. The CTS4 conveyor systems are very easy to integrate into the assembly line. TCHSOON CTS5 is designed to transport the products with weight from 0 – 600 Kg. In order to use the conveyor system economically we suggest using CTS5 to transport products with 100 – 500 Kg weight range. The pallets are conveyed by friction on friction accumulation rollers. The CTS5 conveyor systems are very easy to integrate into the assembly line. CTS7 is a modular pallet conveyor system designed for efficient and flexible material transfer in automated production and logistics environments. It combines accumulation roller conveyors, rotate units, and lift/transverse units to enable smooth pallet transfer, directional changes, and precise positioning. With a load capacity up to 1000 kg and customizable dimensions, CTS7 delivers reliable performance and seamless integration across a range of industrial applications.

CTS9 centers on exceptional load-bearing and precise control capabilities. It can reliably transport heavy materials with a maximum load of up to 3,000 kilograms per meter, providing a solid guarantee for high-intensity operations. The system uses a gear drive with direct transmission and single-motor drive, delivering efficient power transfer. This design keeps operating noise at 60–65 dB and, through optimized structure and material selection, significantly extends service life and reduces maintenance intervals. Transport speed can reach up to 12 meters per minute, and high-precision sensors achieve positioning accuracy of ±0.4 mm. The CTS9 also offers excellent flexibility and maintainability: inter-row spacing, operating speed, and other parameters are customizable, and routine maintenance is designed to be quick and efficient to minimize downtime.
