CTS1&CTS2

The WP2 work piece pallet is a particularly lightweight workpiece pallet made of plastic, steel-plastic composite material or aluminum. Damping elements can be added to reduce contact noises of workpiece pallets. The WP2 pallets are very suitable for transporting and processing lightweight parts. The pallet length and width can be customized. There are three types: black anodized aluminum supporting plate with positioning bushings, carbon steel supporting plate with positioning bushings and nature anodized aluminum supporting plate without positioning bushings.

The CTS1 conveyor system can carry the maximum weight 15kg with maximum speed 20m/min. The drive direction can be End Drive or Center Drive. This is a conveyor system typically built for light weight application purpose. We can use moving belts, toothed belts, flat top chains, accumulation roller chains or rounded belts depending on application and customer preference. To achieve high energy efficiency TCHSOON can support on the system design as a whole early in the planning phase.

The CTS2 conveyor system can carry the maximum weight 60kg. The maximum speed that it can reach is 20m/min. The typical conveying medium is 08BS Accumulation Chain. We can use however also moving belts, toothed belts, flat top chains, accumulation roller chains or rounded belts depending on application and customer preference. To achieve high energy efficiency TCHSOON can support on the system design as a whole early in the planning phase.

The 90º round belt curve is used to turn the work piece pallet with 90 degree without changing the moving direction. The system can be self-powered with motor or slave driven. The 90°curve transports the workpiece pallet one by one without accumulation operation. Length-width ratio cannot exceed 1.5 time of the pallet itself. The product has a modular design, which is easy to assemble and maintain.

The lift and transverse unit moves the workpiece pallets from a transverse conveyor section onto a longitudinal conveyor section with changing direction of pallet. The conveyor medium is antistatic toothed belt. This system is compatible with CTS1 or CTS2 pallet conveyor system. The standard system is not suitable for pallet with size of Bwt<320mm or Lwt<320mm. If non-standard unit is required please contact us for special design.

Maximum load capacity per pallet cannot exceed 30kg. The pneumatic non-returning valve is included to keep the rotate unit stable. With the pneumatic non-returning valve we can design the rotate unit to send the work piece pallet out with the same moving direction or change the moving direction.

The lift unit is used to transfer workpiece pallets vertically between upper and lower conveyor sections with changing the direction of pallets. The pneumatic none-returning valve is included to keep the rotate unit stable. One additional mechanical none-returning device is installed to avoid the fall-off of the pallet during lifting process.
