· EDS Assembly line

This is an EDS (Electric Vehicle Drivetrain) assembly and testing line. The assembly line used our CTS4 conveyor system, which includes standard conveyor 280 m, 30 turntables, 45 pop-up units, and several other auxiliary standard units. The testing line used our company's CTS5 conveyor system, which includes standard conveyor 350 m, 40 turntables, 60 pop-up units, and other auxiliary standard units. In accordance with the customer's requirements, we have adopted a high-standard design for this line, and all products have CE certification.

· Stator Assembly line

This is a hair-pin stator assembly line , with a speed of 15m/min and a load capacity of 20kg. This line uses our company's CTS1 and CTS2 conveyor systems, which include the standard conveyor 150 m, 20 turntables, 25 pop-up units, 8 curves, and several other auxiliary standard units. The project had a tight schedule, and the team completed it from design to delivery in just four weeks.

· Rotor Assembly line

rotor assembly line, with a speed of 12 m/min and a load capacity of 20 Kg. This line was built with our company's CTS1 and CTS2 conveyor systems, which include the standard conveyor 120 meters, 18 turntables, 20 lift-and-transfer units, 6 curves, and several other auxiliary standard units.

· EDS Assembly line

This is an EDS (Electric Vehicle Drivetrain) assembly and testing line, with speed of 15 m/min and a load capacity of 300 Kg. The entire line utilized our CTS5 conveyor system, which includes the standard conveyor 1,200 meters, 120 turntables, 60 pop-up units, and other standard auxiliary units.
